• Backup Path: The current path for database backup files. If modifying this path, avoid folders that deny SQLServer write access (such as Program Files / Program Data / Users / Windows, etc)• Auto Backup: The time for the system to automatically backup the database. Choose from Every day atMidnight (recommended option), Every Sunday at Midnight, or Never.• Backup Options: Backup file write options (This setting cannot be configured by the operator).• Append Weekday Index to Backup File Name: Optional setting that appends the weekday index for thedate to the backup name (1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, ..., 7 = Saturday)• Database Version: Version number of the current database (This setting cannot be configured by theoperator).• Translation Version: Translation number of the current database(This setting cannot be configured by theoperator).• Download Card Name Format: The format to use for card names (This setting cannot be configured by theoperator).• Enable External Card Table: Allows an ODBC connection to be made with an external system (such as anHR application) and users to be inserted.• Enable Event Colours: When selected, enables colour coding of events in the Event and Alarm window.• Enable Status Colours: When selected, enables colour coding of current status.• Use US Spelling: When selected, enables the use of US spelling within the system.Global Settings | Event Storage Tab• Use Dynamic Cursor for Event Reports: When selected, enables use of dynamic mouse cursors for events.• Event Reports (Multiple Controllers): When system is running multiple controllers, defines controllerlabelling of event reports. Choose from None, Append Controller Name To Event Description or PrependController Name To Event Description.• Event Database Version: Version number of the current event database (This setting cannot be configuredby the operator).• Auto Delete Events: Frequency to automatically delete events.• Current Event Database: The current database to use as the Event Database.
