Henderson, Vice President of <strong>Technical</strong> Services.The authors are satisfied <strong>the</strong> data used in <strong>the</strong> estimation of <strong>Mine</strong>ral Resources andReserves is free of gross errors and omissions and is of suitable quality and sufficientquantity to use in estimating resources and reserves <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Knox</strong> deposits.The economic analysis and cash flow <strong>for</strong>ecast is positive, demonstrating that <strong>the</strong> mineralreserves are economic. The authors are not aware of any issues that have not beeno<strong>the</strong>rwise disclosed in this <strong>Report</strong>, which would materially affect <strong>the</strong> current estimate of<strong>the</strong> mineral reserves <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Knox</strong> mine.67
