Students will besupervised by someone with the credentials of registered health information administrator (RHIA), registered health information technician(RHIT), or other qualified personnel to whom they are assigned. In addition, this course will include all aspects of data content and collection including structure and use of healthinformation, clinical and healthcare data sets, data quality assessment and integrity, National Healthcare Information Infrastructure (NHII), andprimary and secondary data sources. 3.00 credit hours.
