PART B RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR QUOTE 0708 1210The respondent must respond to each of the following questions in order for theDepartment to conduct an assessment of the most suitable organisation to undertakethis service.Name of Organisation: International Centre for Excellence in Water ResourcesManagement (ICE WaRM)Your quote must:• provide a detailed breakdown of the cost of your quote that shows the hourly ratesper consultant (and include details of the personnel who will undertake the work) foreach phase of the Services required (as noted above). For the total price of thequote you must clearly note the GST payable.
