(b) he shall fly under Visual Flight Rules only ;(c) he shall not carry passengers, animals and goods or fly for hire, reward orremuneration <strong>of</strong> any kind;(d) he shall not undertake cross-country flights unless he has a minimum <strong>of</strong>ten hours <strong>of</strong> solo flight time and has passed the examinations in AirNavigation and <strong>Aviation</strong> Meteorology.Note — The Student Pilot’s Licence shall be issued by a FlyingClub/Government Flying Training School specifically authorised inthis regard and subject to the conditions as laid down by the Director-General.
