(2) The fee for renewal <strong>of</strong> approval under rule 133B shall be fifty percent. <strong>of</strong> the feepayable under sub-rule (1).(2A) An additional amount <strong>of</strong> one lakh fifty thousand rupees shall be payable if theinspection, examination or test mentioned in sub-rule (1) is required to be carried out atany place outside India.(3) No fee shall be charged from an organisation or person under this rule for storage,distribution and supply <strong>of</strong> aircraft fuel, lubricants and similar other products intended tobe used for its own aircraft.(4) The fee shall be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour <strong>of</strong> the Pay and AccountsOffice, Director General <strong>of</strong> <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong>, <strong>Ministry</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong>, New Delhi.[Inserted by GSR No. 578 dated 8-5-1980, andsubstituted by (i) GSR No. 485(E) dated 7-6-1985,(ii) GSR No. 181(E) dated 20-03-2006,(iii) GSR No. 813(E) dated 21-11-2008,(iv) GSR No. 101(E) dated 19-02-2009, and(iv) GSR 745(E) dated 12 th October 2009]
