81. Aerodrome Manual. – (1) An Aerodrome Manual in the form asspecified by the Director General shall be maintained by the licenseein respect <strong>of</strong> aerodrome, licensed under these rules.(2) The Aerodrome Manual shall, in addition to any other relevantinformation, contain the following particulars, namely:-(a) General. – General information including purpose andscope <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome manual, legal requirementfor an aerodrome licence, conditions for the use <strong>of</strong> theaerodrome, availability <strong>of</strong> aeronautical informationsystem, the system for recording aircraft movement andthe obligation <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome operator;(b) Particulars <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome site. – Informationincluding a plan <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome showing the mainfacilities for the operation <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome, boundaries <strong>of</strong>the aerodrome, distance <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome from thenearest city and particulars <strong>of</strong> the title <strong>of</strong> the aerodromesite;(c) Particulars <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome required to be reported tothe aeronautical information service. – Informationregarding name <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome, location <strong>of</strong> theaerodrome, geographical coordinates, aerodromeelevation, elevation <strong>of</strong> runway threshold, aerodromereference temperature, aerodrome beacon, name <strong>of</strong>the aerodrome operator, address and telephonenumbers and aerodrome dimensions and relatedinformation;(d) Particulars <strong>of</strong> the Aerodrome Operating Proceduresand safety measures. – Information regardingaerodrome reporting, access to the aerodrome movementarea, aerodrome emergency plan, rescue and firerighting,inspection <strong>of</strong> the aerodrome movement area andobstacle limitation surface by the aerodrome operator,visual aids and aerodrome electrical system, maintenance<strong>of</strong> the movement area, aerodrome walls – safety, apronmanagement, apron safety management, airside vehiclecontrol, wildlife hazard management, obstacle control,
