TERMS AND CONDITIONSTerms and ConditionsKREATECH warrants that, at the time of shipment, theproducts sold are free from defects in materials and conformto the specifications described in KREATECH’s literature.KREATECH makes no other warranty, expressed or implied,with respect to the products. This includes any warranty ofmerchantability or suitability for any particular purpose.KREATECH’s Poseidon FISH products are supplied for invitro Diagnostics (or for research use only if not CE marked).They are not intended to be used as drugs, food, additives,cosmetics or household chemicals.Terms and Condition of SalePayments are net 30 days from the date shown on the invoice.Prices are subject to change without notice. The fluorophores used in thePlatinumBright-415, -547, -590, -647 labelling compound issubject to patents, owned or controlled, and manufactured byDYOMICS GmbH. The fluorophores used in ULS-Cy5 labelingcompounds are subject to patents, owned or controlled, andmanufactured by GE Healthcare. The ULS technology andproducts are covered by US patents 5,580,990; 5,714,327;5,985,566; 6,133,038; 6,797,818 and several foreign patentsowned by KREATECH. CE Marking & ISO certificatesAll probes from Kreatech are manufactured and marketed inaccordance with the European IVD Directive 98/79/EC. Apartfrom those products designed for research use (Kreatech´sASP, BSP, and mouse FISH probes, as well as the ULS Labelingproduct line), all Kreatech products are CE marked. In addition,Kreatech has obtained certificates for CE-marking of conformityfor our prenatal and PGD probes.All CE-marked FISH probes in this catalog are manufactured atKreatech Diagnostics facilities in Amsterdam, The Netherlands,and are labeled with ULS (Universal Linkage System).Manufacturing of all CE-marked products by Kreatech is carriedout according to international standards ISO 9001:2008 andISO 13485:2003 for which Kreatech holds certificates.Compliance to the European IVD Directive 98/79/EC, ISO9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 means that we are providinghigh quality in vitro diagnostic medical devices to be used fordiagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment, alleviation orinvestigation of disease, congenital disorders, physiologicaland/or pathological state of the human body without beingused in or on the human body.We strive to continuously improve the quality of these productsbased on the latest developments and techniques.CE marking & ISO Certificates115
