Specifically, translocationsinvolving the immunoglobulin heavy chain gene(IGH) at 14q32 and either monosomy or deletionsof chromosome 13 have been observed in asignificant number of patients. More recentlyseveral additional deletions or amplificationshave been identified in MM which are currentlyinvestigated in large patient studies.Note: Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells. Analysisof such cells is hampered by their low frequency. Enrichmentof plasma cells using CD138 is highly recommended.ON BCR/ABL t(9;22)The t(9;22) BCR/ABL translocation is present in about 5% ofpediatric and up to 50% of adult ALL cases, and is associatedwith poor prognosis.Cat.# KBI-10005 ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) FusionCat.# KBI-12005 ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) FusionCat.# KBI-10006 ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) TC, D-FusionCat.# KBI-10008 ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) DC, S-Fusion, ESCat.# KBI-10009 ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) DC, S-FusionSee description under CML on page 13 and 14.Oncology Probes - Hematology ProbesOrdering information Color Tests Cat#ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) Fusion red/green 10 KBI-10005ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) Fusion red/green 20 KBI-12005ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) TC, D-Fusion red/green/blue 10 KBI-10006ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) DC, S-Fusion, ES red/green 10 KBI-10008ON BCR/ABL t(9;22) DC, S-Fusion red/green 10 KBI-1000934
