ON PDGFRB (5q33) BreakPDGFRB activation has been observed in patients with chronicmyelomonocytic leukemia/atypical chronic myeloid leukemiaand has been associated with 11 translocation partners,the best known is the ETV6 or TEL gene on 12p13, causinga t(5;12) translocation.
