Arequest for specific arrival assurance must be transferredelectronically to DB <strong>Schenker</strong>.This option applies to unloading no more than five workingdays after normal arrival according to the timetable.SEK 225/consignmentNotificationDB SCHENKERsystem, -direct, -coldsped, -parcel and-hangartnerIf the consignor requests notification before deliveryis made there is a charge of: SEK 80 /consignmentThe consignee’s telephone or fax number must be provided.The timetable will not be valid when notification isrequested. Notification cannot be combined with Express.A notification charge will be payable if the consignor hassubmitted incomplete delivery details, or when the receptionfor the goods is unknown.DB SCHENKERprivpakNotification takes place by text message, e-mail, letter ortelephone. The choice of notification method can differbetween services. For prices and information about eachservice, see the brochure DB <strong>Schenker</strong>parcel/privpak,Prices, Terms and Conditions.International: To enable notification, a separateagreement must be made.CODDB SCHENKERsystem, -direct, -coldsped, -parcel and-hangartnerDomestic: COD can only be sent as an EDI consignment.COD amounts, bank giro account number and contactdetails are compulsory items of information when notifyingthe customer.The consignee should be able to pay by credit card onthe DB <strong>Schenker</strong> website where DB <strong>Schenker</strong> administersthe payment, or by direct payment via an internet bankor a regular bank. For print-outs of EDI-waybills/parcellabels text is on a par with a label. If a label is missingin the transport instructions/on the parcel label and/oran individual parcel, DB <strong>Schenker</strong> is not responsible forcollection of the COD amount.If the consignor has specified consignments as COD, thefreight shall always be paid by the consignor. The price inSEK, as stated below, must be paid by the consignor.COD cannot be combined with Express.
