The compensation service isbased on <strong>Schenker</strong> having caused the delivery delay.DelimitationThe DB SCHENKERtop/DB SCHENKERtop12 optionsare regulated by delivery conditions CPT0005, CIP0010,DAP0018 and DDP0022 (see applicable Incoterms/Combiterms).The options only include consignments that are dimensionedaccording to the stipulations for DB SCHENKERsystemInternational.Extra manning (domestic)DB SCHENKERsystem, -direct and -coldspedThe nature of the goods sometimes requires extra manningfor loading/unloading. This procedure should be clarifiedbefore DB <strong>Schenker</strong> loads/unloads the goods.A charge of SEK 265 per man and hour, or part thereof,is made for this procedure, subject to a minimum ofSEK 512 per assignment. On Saturdays, Sundays andpublic holidays, the charge is SEK 496 per man perhour, or part thereof, although subject to minimumof SEK 1,438 per assignment.Dangerous goodsDB SCHENKERsystem and -directDB <strong>Schenker</strong> handles the transport of dangerous goods.See definition in point 1.4.6. Price according to the tablesbelow. Times for the transport of dangerous goods maydiffer from those stated in the timetable.The goods declaration must always be enclosed with thewaybill/transport documentation. In the case of sea andair transport, a signed consignor certificate must alsobe enclosed.Under the Baltic Agreement, DB <strong>Schenker</strong> requiresinformation about the UN-number and the specific classof the dangerous goods for the transport of limitedquantities. If the shipping company does not apply theBaltic Agreement a dangerous goods declaration must alsobe enclosed.
