Ask them <strong>to</strong> assesseach action identified in the previous exercise, according <strong>to</strong> thefollowing CIT (change, influence, transformation) criteria:■ Can the action be implemented by those at risk for immediatechange?■ If the action is beyond the capacity <strong>of</strong> those at risk, could theyinfluence change with the support <strong>of</strong> others over the mediumterm?
