Annexes to the applicationAnnexes to the application are: the descriptionand the illustration, which should be providedon separated sheets, as well as power of attorneytogether with the stamp duty. Both the illustrationsas well as the description should be attachedin three copies. The illustrations should be signedby the applicant or a representative.7.
