Call Center Definition FilesOptional Call Center Elements and AttributesOptional Call Center Elements and AttributesIn addition to the required elements for a call definition file, you can add optional elements to configure a SoftPhone. The standbySoftPhone is used after the timeout period for the primary SoftPhone has elapsedand the notifyInitializationComplete() method hasn’t been called withinthe required timeout period.
