• Implementation of organizational change in various departments as a result of increasedcommunity capacity building and self-management, and reduced funding levels.Downsizing letters were sent to staff in regards to the funding concerns. Once fundingwas secured for FY <strong>2012</strong>-13 the departments were able to lift some of the lay-off notices.• Lateral Violence workshops were offered to all Stò:lô <strong>Nation</strong> emp<strong>lo</strong>yees to help build staffmorale and personal growth.Stò:lô <strong>Nation</strong> is committed to exp<strong>lo</strong>re various means to improve the quality of service deliveryand to contribute to the deve<strong>lo</strong>pment of a healthy Stò:lô <strong>Nation</strong>.I can confirm through this <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong> that the Stò:lô <strong>Nation</strong> team members are dedicatedto our overall goal of assisting in building healthy communities.
