Office of the Executive DirectorStó:lō <strong>Nation</strong> Service Delivery Agency (SNSDA) BoardIn February <strong>2012</strong>, the SNSDA Board officially took over the oversight functions for themanagement and supervision of the service delivery functions of the Stó:lō <strong>Nation</strong>. This boldstep will help ensure a more efficient and effective implementation of all programs andservices as proposed and approved by the Stó:lō <strong>Nation</strong> Chiefs Council (SNCC) during astrategic planning session in March 2009.To date, the SNSDA Board has reviewed their Terms of Reference (TOR) and are in theprocess of: monitoring the recommendations set forth in creating their work plan; reviewingSN corporate documents; reviewing SN programs and services; reviewing SN OperationalPolicy Manuals; and <strong>lo</strong>oking at how best to improve the communication and coordinationprocess within Stó:lō <strong>Nation</strong> and between and among its member First <strong>Nation</strong>s and clientele.The Board likewise met in a series of meetings and attended and participated in Boardtraining, relative to the performance of their mandate as Board members for Stó:lô <strong>Nation</strong>.Page 7 of 64
