Most of this research focuses on examining the psychological processes underlyinghelping behaviors and compassion towards other people (e.g., donation to help victims). Littleis known about how this emotional regulation process might manifest itself in the context ofenvironmental protection and green behaviors. Integrative complexity has beenextensively used in studies to gauge how participants process information by diversificationand integration of multiple perspectives pertaining to an issue. Over the summer, we haveacquired the skills in conducting cognitive complexity coding and have completed a thoroughreview of the cognitive complexity literature.Literature Review on CreativityAdvisor : CHAO Melody Man Chi / MGMTStudent : NI Weicong / ECOF(<strong>UROP</strong><strong>11</strong>00, Spring 20<strong>11</strong>)Creativity is an important element affecting an individual’s development, an organization’sability in doing business and a society’s progress in technology. Research has been conductedon creativity and factors affecting creativity. In this project, some of the factors, including age,gender, social network, task conflict and physical environment are reviewed to examine theirrelationship with creativity.73
