Coverage includes Trane condensing unit,thermostat, and air handler or furnace with evaporator coil if identified on the Agreement.One (1) year warranties apply to equipment less than five (5) years old and can be renewed each year until the equipment is ten (10) years old when acceptedby the Extended Warranty department. Five (5) year and ten (10) year warranties expire five (5) or ten (10) years from the installation date of the coveredequipment no matter when purchased.Equipment installed within 1 mile of salt water or environment with high sulfur content should use the “S” warranty models. The Warranty would be the same asbelow with an “S” in the 7th digit instead of the “0” below.
