A new Traneevaporator coil and thermostat are covered only if installed at the same time or air handler and identified on the Agreement. Heat Exchanger warranties coveronly the Heat Exchanger.One (1) year warranties apply to equipment less than five (5) years old and can be renewed each year until the equipment is ten (10) years old when acceptedby the Extended Warranty Department. Five (5) through twenty (20) year warranties expire five (5) through twenty (20) years from the installation date of thecovered equipment no matter when purchased.Equipment installed within 1 mile of salt water or environment with high sulfur content should use the “S” warranty models. The Warranty would be the same asbelow with an “S” in the 7th digit instead of the “0” below.
