should have asked that. Thank you for everything that you do, it really is appreciated and
I understand the reason for the change, but I would like to see those awards and see those
children myself.

Stephanie Municchi, 25 Longboat Avenue. First of all, I would like to thank the Board of
Education because I was one of the students who received an award tonight and it has
been a really great opportunity growing up in Barnegat. I have been here since
kindergarten and this is my last year here. I just want to thank you for that opportunity.
Having said that, however, as you all know I asked to speak in the Executive session
today and I understand why my request was denied and I will be submitting a detailed
letter with all of my concerns outlined. However, I would like to speak about my
concerns in general terms and what I would like to say to you is that in every building we
have conflicts, whether you are working in a community service organization or working
in a school district or in Wal-Mart. There are always different complaints and people
always have problems. However, I want to stress to you that you need to take into
consideration where the complaints are coming from and whether they might be out of
retribution or other, I am not sure how to say this, take into consideration who is saying
what. That is one of the really big things that I would like you to consider and I just
want you to remember that every decision you make here affects the students and that
every decision you make, you need to consider the ramifications to the students. Thank

Denise Pilovsky, 26 Aphrodite Drive. I have a question about the RIF program; two
weeks ago I had made a couple of phone calls and got my answer about the RIF program
at the Brackman School. I voiced my concern to Tom Kostka, there, also to Mr. Davis. I
am still waiting for an answer, that was one thing. What is the other one? Hold on give
me a second…oh, the MRSA situation with the high school. Can we get more
information on that? In the news it was stated you did not have MRSA at the high school
which there is two known cases. Maybe it is cleared up or whatever it is but we did have
MRSA at the high school. I also want to know what are we doing about it. Is it cleaned
up? I mean what is going on? As a parent I want to know. Thank you.

Mr. Jake Taylor, 106 Newark Road – Number 47 on Motion to Accept Audit Report
Resolution. We got a Resolution here from the Board Secretary recommending we
accept his own report that is a little strange to me. While I am on that subject, we have a
$5,000 a week Superintendent that gets paid for being the Business Administrator and the
Secretary got, I think it is around a $60,000 raise to take out Business Administrator’s
duties and that is unusual in Ocean County. My question is how can a Secretary ok his
