45. MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH THE ARC OF NEW
JERSEY
Motion to approve the Contract for Services with The Arc of New Jersey –
Project HIRE at the rate of $51.00 per hour for School-to-Work
Vocational Services for PG. Services will consist of follow-along support
at the job site. Project HIRE will provide the student with up to two (2)
hours per week for follow along services between June 2007 and
December 2007 while the student continues to be employed.
46. MOTION TO APPROVE THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF
EDUCATION DRTRS SUMMARY REPORT AND THE DISTRICT
ROUTE SUMMARY REPORT FOR 20007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR.
47. MOTION TO ACCEPT AUDIT REPORT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board Secretary reported that an audit summary was
made available and it was reviewed by the Business Administrator; and
WHEREAS, no findings were reported in regards to internal control over
major programs; and
WHEREAS, no findings were reported relating to the financial statements
which are required to be reported in accordance with generally accepted
governmental auditing standards; and
WHEREAS, no findings or questions costs were reported in
regards to control over Federal and State Financial Assistance; and
WHEREAS, the Business Administrator and Board Secretary/Assistant
Business Administrator have continually provided sound financial services,
advice, and decisions to the Barnegat Township School District resulting in
exemplary Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Audit Report for
the School Year 2006/2007 be accepted and filed.
48. MOTION TO APPROVE JOSEPH PAPERNIK’S ATTENDANCE AT
THE HANDS ON HEALTH WORKSHOP IN JAMESBURG, NJ ON
DECEMBER 3, 2007.
Motion to approve Joseph Papernik’s attendance at the Hands on Health
Workshop at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Jamesburg, NJ on December 3,
2007. This workshop will provided updated health information for middle
