These signs must beapproved by the Student Development Office.Sign hangers are responsible for maintaining their own signs <strong>and</strong> removing themafter the eventSigns falling down, outdated, or in poor condition will be removedSigns will be removed if they do not follow these guidelinesPosters, pictures, <strong>and</strong> other signage on the outside of residence hall room doorsor windows are subject to the sign policy guidelinesFailure to adhere to these guidelines will result in judicial action towardsstudent(s) or organization(s) responsible for, or sponsoring the signsRESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT FOR STUDENTS SERVING ON CAMPUS COMMITTEESCommittee membership is a matter of trust <strong>and</strong> commitment, carrying fundamentalresponsibilities to: Attend all committee meetings Prepare for meetings by reviewing the agenda <strong>and</strong> discussing items withconstituents to assure accurate representation of the prevailing student point ofview Report to students, through BCSG, committee discussions affecting students Share the committee workloadWork with the committee to make the best decisions for BCU Maintain appropriate confidentialityESTABLISHING A NEW ORGANIZATIONPlease adhere to the following guidelines for establishing a new student organization.
