These remediation activities relate toworker protection and how the environment is protected. The largerthe problem, the more care needs to be taken to protect the workersand occupants and environment.Generally such classification can be performed without sampling.However there are times when sampling is required such as to findhidden mold or for legal or medical reasons. Note that in Canada initialmold sampling is NOT done. Resources are focused on mold removaland sampling is done after the removal work to make sure that there hasbeen no cross contamination as a result of the remediation work.54
