Once the lodgement form has been submitted, no subsequentchanges will be permitted.You must use the following codes on all Statement of <strong>Post</strong>ing forms:SizeM = mediumL = largeBusinessStandard codeBUSMBUSLFor example, large sized Business Standard items will have the code BUSL.Prohibited andRestricted itemsSpecial conditions apply to Prohibited and Restricted items.
