However, if the letter containspaper based written or printed documents that have a declarable value (e.g. acalendar) they must be sent using the appropriate customs declaration.You must include a red Consignment Note (OS007) or a white Consignment Note(CN300) with your parcel if:your parcel weighs over 2kg, oryour parcel, roll or tube weighs under 2kg but exceeds the maximumdimensions for parcels under 2kg as set out in these terms and conditions, oryour parcel is valued at over NZ$250, oryou have purchased additional compensation cover for your parcel.The red Consignment Note (OS007) or white Consignment Note (CN300) cannot beused on parcels that do not meet the above criteria.If your parcel is being sent as part of a commercial transaction, you must also include acopy of the commercial invoice or an Export Invoice (NCPI025).For all other parcels, you must include a green Customs Declaration (OS008a).You are responsible for ensuring that the information you declare is accurate.
