If your mail does not meet these requirements, it will be uprated tothe applicable product (and you will be charged on the basis of the applicable product towhich your mail has been uprated, not Business Flexible).Permit<strong>Post</strong> impressionEach item must have an approved Permit<strong>Post</strong> impression, which includes:either an approved <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> standard or customised Permit<strong>Post</strong>impressionyour allocated Permit<strong>Post</strong> numberthe words ‘<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong>’.The Permit<strong>Post</strong> impression must be clearly visible. Ideally it should be located on the topright hand corner of the envelope, item or address label. Otherwise it can be placedanywhere on the front of the mail piece, as long as it is on the same side as the deliveryaddress. For further information, refer to the Domestic Bulk Mail Envelope LayoutStandards (ADV391) or the Permit<strong>Post</strong> section of this <strong><strong>Post</strong>al</strong> Users’ <strong>Guide</strong>.We recommend that you have the placement and layout of your Permit<strong>Post</strong> impression andreturn address approved prior to printing by faxing it to our Customer Service Centre on0800 424 802 or emailing fp.pp@nzpost.co.nz.Delivery addressAll items must have a valid <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> delivery address, including the correct<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> postcode.The delivery address, if printed directed onto the envelope or packaging, needs to be easilylegible (at least size 8 font), printed in 3-4 line address format, and include the correct<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> postcode.We will monitor your returned mail volumes.
