(Kwintessential,2012)Due to the incidence of this mass globalization, there are varyingcultural interactions within several international organisations in Ghana. Theclash of these differing cultures breeds cross-cultural management dilemmaswhich many managers in the 21 st century face.This dissertation identifies five of the most common challenges facedin communication as a result of this dilemma, using Vodafone Ghana as acase study.
