The following work planpresents the specific goals and objectives identified in each of the planning elements of New Bedford 2020(chapters 4 through 12) to be completed over the next 10 years according to the following ranking.> OngoingActions that are currently underway and will continueover the next 10 years.> Short-termItems of immediate concern, or items that need to becompleted in advance of other actions. These short-termitems are to be addressed in one to three years afteradoption of New Bedford 2020.> Mid-termItems of importance, or items that need to wait for ashort-term action before they can be addressed. Thesemid-term items are to be addressed four to six years afteradoption of New Bedford 2020.> Long-termItems that need to be addressed but may require fundingavailability, organizational changes or staff availabilitybefore they can be addressed.
