Knowledge Transfer of Educational Programs in Public Management:Juveniles; Court of Appeal; Department of Homeland Security, GamblingCommission; Department of Penitentiaries, Prisons; and the National Institutefor Criminality and Criminology. The PUMP can be considered as an executiveprogram that only addresses professionals.Table 2 provides an overview of the interviews, along with core informationon interviewees’ respective programs. All interviewees graduated between 2001 and2007. Although this is a large range of years, we thought it would be interestingto see if time made an impact on transfer. Given that these kinds of programs mayhave a different form of transfer, it was necessary to consider a large time frame, because transferring management programs may need more time than transferringshort-term, technical training programs. The number of respondents was rathersmall in terms of absolute numbers, but in terms of the response rate, it was quitegood.
