The minutes of October 6th were reviewed. One grammatical correction was made on pagetwo, and it was noted that the rows in the left column of the table referencing Goal #2 on pageone did not necessarily correlate with the rows in the right column. Review & Approval of 20<strong>03</strong>/2004 StEP Goals:Revisions to the Goals ~#1 ~ From by which to measure to as indicators of efficiency and effectiveness…#1 ~ From class schedule to course offerings in terms of the use of…#2 ~ From as measured by to informed by the core data elements…#4 ~ From will coordinate to will continue to coordinate an evaluation…The Goals were reviewed by IRAG and Academic Affairs Council. It was determined at AACthat with reference to Goal #5, the current climate warrants time and attention be given toassessing internal customer satisfaction. Goal #5 will thus continue to be a primary goal.The 20<strong>03</strong>/2004 StEP Goals were approved as amended in Goal’s # 1, 2, and 4. SCJCD Fact Book 20<strong>03</strong> & StEP Core Data Elements Presentation:Referencing information from the SCJCD Fact Book 20<strong>03</strong>, KC Boatsman led a discussion ofthe StEP Core Data Elements. Hardcopy handouts were distributed.
