The minutes of October 6th were reviewed. One grammatical correction was made on pagetwo, and it was noted that the rows in the left column of the table referencing Goal #2 on pageone did not necessarily correlate with the rows in the right column. It was determined at AACthat with reference to Goal #5, the current climate warrants time and attention be given toassessing internal customer satisfaction. Goal #5 will thus continue to be a primary goal.The 2003/2004 StEP Goals were approved as amended in Goal’s # 1, 2, and 4.
