3. Funding Considerations:a). Due to unstable and uncertain State funds and approval time lines, SRJCmay consider fully funding, with Measure A funds, Doyle and Barnett Hallprojects and shift State funding to Tauzer Replacement and other longtermoffice and support facilities.b). Should the State not pass its general obligation bond measures by 2006,the College will need to re-evaluate its Petaluma Phase II fundingoptions.c). SRJC will continue to leverage as much State funding for major capitalconstruction, scheduled maintenance, modernization and hazardousmaterials abatement projects.27
