This instruction is included in external status subroutines to unlock the keyboardto allow key entry under the interrupted ENTR command.For RESUME, the keyboard is unlocked and the interrupted ENTR is resumed.If B is coded, after an external status 04 or 05 condition the cursor is repositionedto the manual field preceding the RG specification in the screen format controlstring.For R ESCAL, the keyboard is unlocked and the interrupted ENTR is resumed. If a subroutine label is specified witha binary register, the contents of the register are added to the subroutine with abinary register, the contents of the binary register are taken as an index into thelabel table.
