Policies andprocedures that govern the determ<strong>in</strong>ation process are outl<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> Chapter 7of this Manual.Reconsideration is the process of review<strong>in</strong>g a driver fitness determ<strong>in</strong>ationupon request of an <strong>in</strong>dividual who was found not fit <strong>to</strong> drive, or who hadrestrictions or conditions imposed. Policies and procedures that governthe reconsideration process are outl<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> Chapter 8 of this Manual.8
