To receive the attendance, click Receive Attendance.Helpful Hint:The CurrentQuarter designationis calculated by theprogram based uponthe quarter endingdates which areentered in the ViewPeriod Specifications.SECTION/HRCRS NAME/HOMEROOMTEACHERRECEIVED FROMPLACE INDATECheck boxes identify which attendance files will be received. By default all of theboxes are checked but you can select or deselect the homerooms/sections.Checking the Select all box allows you to select all sections at once.Shows the course and section numbers.Shows the course names.Staff member’s name as entered into Administrator’s Plus.Indicates the period the attendance is being received from.This only applies to period attendance if you are bringing in Daily Attendance inwhich case the attendance will be placed in Code 1.The date of the file. This is date where the attendance information will be placed.Usually this is the current date.
