Tıpkı bu dergi vebu dergiye hayat veren proje gibi.TÜRSAB-MTM İş Ortaklığı’nın Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı ileortaklaşa yaratıp üstlendiği proje, gerçekten de Türkiye için çokönemli bir ilk adım. Ülke çapındaki tüm müzeleri çağdaş bir düzeyeçıkartacak, ‘bekleyen’ değil, çağıran ve karşılayan bir müzecilikanlayışını hayata geçirecek bir proje bu.Elinizde tuttuğunuz dergi de, bu projenin sesi, rehberi olacak.Müze, ‘tarihle buluşmak’ demektir. Tarih de, ‘yarına bilinçlehazırlanmak.’ MÜZE Dergisi, bu kadar büyük bir öneme sahip biryolculukta neler yapıldığını anlatacak. Projenin içinde yer alanlara,arkeolojiye gönül verenlere, hayalleri ve söyleyecek sözü olanlarasayfalarını açacak. Elinizde tuttuğunuz dergi, işte böyle bir sloganve hedefle yola çıktı. Yol boyu birlikte olmak ve arkeoloji denilen obüyülü dünyayı keşfedebilmek dileğiyle...İlk sayımızdan merhaba!Firsts are always exciting. Our first teacher, ourfirst job, our first child impress upon us a verydifferent impact. Quite similar to this journal andthe project behind it! The project createdthrough the cooperation of the TÜRSAB-MTMBusiness Partnership with The Ministry ofCulture and Tourism is in fact a very importantfirst step for Turkey in this field. A project aimedat vitalizing museums all around the country bya new approach to the matter, namely bydesigning museums who invite and welcometheir visitors as opposed to museums that justwait quietly. This journal’s goal is to be the voiceof and the guide to this project. Museum offer anoccasion to meet with history. History paves theway to prepare the future in awareness of theexperiences of the past. The Museum Journal(Müze Dergisi) intends to give its readers aninsight into the episodes of this importantjourney. It will open its pages to those involvedin the project, to those who set their hearts onarchaeology, to those who have dreams andthose who have something to say.
