When a cityin terms <strong>of</strong> sustainability.provides adequatepublic transport, itimproves quality <strong>of</strong>life for both usersand non-users. When a city raises levels <strong>of</strong> education andprovides good healthcare it is ensuring quality <strong>of</strong> life for<strong>the</strong> foreseeable future.
