<strong>2010</strong> RULES & REGULATIONS30game a game has to be completed in its entirety, if a referee has to stop the game because of theplaying area being unfit it would be continued with the score and time remaining.R13.07In the event that conditions make play impossible before the completion of forty minutes play, thereferee may cancel the game. In the event of a replay, the home team must pay the visitingclub’s travelling expenses for the return game.REGULATION R-XIVDefaultsR14.01In the event of a team defaulting a game, the Executive Director shall collect the amount securedby the bond. All legitimate expenses incurred by any club in consequence of such non-fulfillmentshall be paid out of the money forfeited and the balance, if any, shall be handed over to theCorporation Treasurer.R14.02A team defaulting any match in the series shall be barred from further competition in the series.All scheduled matches played by such teams shall be counted as played. In the event ofdefaulted games, all division standings will be determined by winning percentages. A team sodefaulting shall forfeit the value of its bond to the Corporation.R14.03Any team intending to default shall notify the Executive Director of the Corporation and also theteam scheduled to play against it of such intention at least five days before the scheduled date,otherwise the defaulting club and its sureties shall pay to the other club affected, the referee,officials and the Corporation, such sums as the President of the Corporation shall find to beowing, and in default of such payment, the Executive Director of the Corporation may bring actionin any court for the recovery of the amount.R14.04The defaulting Club shall pay any and all monies owing to the other club within 30 days of thedate of the defaulted game.R14.05In the event of a game commenced but awarded to one team before completion, the scoringrecords at the time the award is made shall be considered official.REGULATION R-XVProtestsR15.01Protests and all evidence in support thereof, signed by President and Secretary of the clubprotesting, must be sent by registered mail to the Executive Director of the Corporation and to theSecretary of the club protested against within forty eight (48) hours (excluding Sunday) from thedate of the match. The club protested against shall be allowed 48 hours (excluding Sunday) tofile its defense, duplicates of which must be sent to the Executive Director of the Corporation andto the Secretary of the club protesting. A decision shall be rendered by the Board of Directors orPresident as covered by the Bylaws, within ten days of date of match protest.R15.02Protests based on technicalities which do not affect the actual result of the match will not beentertained.
