<strong>2010</strong> RULES & REGULATIONS31R15.03Clubs which play against ineligible players and who willfully conceal knowledge from the leagueuntil it suits their convenience to use it in any protest which arises, shall be considered equallyguilty with the offending club and shall be judged accordingly.R15.04A protesting club must send to the Executive Director of the Corporation, along with the protest, amoney order, cash, or certified cheque, payable at par at Toronto to the <strong>Ontario</strong> <strong>Lacrosse</strong><strong>Association</strong>, for one hundred dollars.R15.05The club protested against must send the same amount with its defense.R15.06The winner’s deposit shall be returned. The deposit of the losing club, plus any additional costsincurred above $100.00 shall be paid to the Treasury of the Corporation.R15.07The club protested against shall furnish all necessary information demanded by the clubprotesting.R15.08If no defense is received, the Executive Director shall notify the President of the Corporation, whowill deal with the matter without convening a meeting of the Directors.R15.09Members of the Board of Directors sitting at the hearing of protest shall be paid their necessaryhotel and travelling expenses.R15.10In the event a protest results in expenses in excess of the protest fee of fifty dollars beingincurred, by members of the Board of Directors attending the hearings, the club losing the protestshall pay the extra cost.R15.11No member of the Board of Directors shall be eligible to serve at a hearing in connection with anyprotest involving either directly or indirectly a club with which he is connected.R15.12All appeals from the decisions of the Board of Directors with respect to the hearing protests shallbe to the general membership of the Corporation. The hearing of an appeal to the generalmembership shall be convened in the same manner as a general meeting of the Corporation.R15.13The club which loses an appeal to the general membership from a decision of the Board ofDirectors shall pay the cost of the appeal.REGULATION R-XVISuspensionsR16.01The Corporation will issue a special permit to every manager, coach and trainer on application bythe team for which they will act.
