<strong>2010</strong> RULES & REGULATIONS6ARTICLE B-VIIITERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIPB8.01Any club or minor association in the Corporation which shall knowingly admit or retain as aplayer, coach, manager, trainer, or team executive, any person under suspension or expulsionfrom this association or knowingly play against a Club, Minor <strong>Association</strong> or players undersuspension or expulsion shall forfeit membership in the Corporation.B8.02Any Club, Minor <strong>Association</strong> player or group of individuals refusing to abide by the decision of theBoard of Directors shall automatically forfeit membership in the Corporation.B8.03If any member fails to fulfill its obligations to the Corporation, to the Board of Directors or to anyother member; fails to abide by the rulings of the board of Directors or fails or neglects to payfines or assessments levied by the Corporation, the Board of Directors may direct the treasurer todeduct from the performance bond such fines or assessments, the amount of any obligations andall legitimate expenses incurred because of such fault. Upon being notified of such deduction,the offending member shall restore the bond to its normal level within seven days. The Board ofDirectors shall have authority to suspend any team or member which fails to restore its bond tothe required level, and may require any team to post such additional bond as the Directors maydeem necessary from time to time.B8.04The Board of Directors shall have the authority to enforce any agreement, financial or other,entered into by members of the Corporation. Any member association of the Corporationincluding zones and councils, refusing or failing to abide by the decision of the board of directorsin such matters, shall be liable to forfeit its membership in the Corporation, and shall be eligiblefor reinstatement only upon compliance with the directive of the Corporation. The Treasurer shallbe empowered to collect such defaulted obligations by deductions from performance bonds orany legal means.B8.05Any Club, Minor <strong>Association</strong>, person, or player who shall knowingly insert or cause any falseinformation to be entered on a playing certificate, game report sheet, or any document, book orrecord which relates to the affairs of the Club, Minor <strong>Association</strong> or the Corporation may beexpelled from the Corporation by the Board of Directors.B8.07Any Club or Minor <strong>Association</strong> shall forfeit its bond or a portion thereof, and may forfeit itsmembership if it fails to complete its scheduled playing commitment or if the Club or Minor<strong>Association</strong> is suspended for any reason.B8.08Each member association of the Corporation, including zones and councils must keep a set ofbooks consisting of cash book and ledger, showing separately all receipts and expenditures foreach season it operates. The cash book and ledger must be available at all times for inspectionby the Board of Directors. Failure to produce books, within ten days after receiving written noticefrom the Corporation Executive Director shall constitute automatic expulsion from theCorporation.B8.09The Corporation books shall be available at all times for inspection by a Membership <strong>Association</strong>upon request by said Member <strong>Association</strong>.
