Marquardt Building Expansion in Shanghai
Marquardt China recently celebrated the opening of its latest
building expansion on 11 th February 2012 in Pudong. Over 200
honorable guests from the company’s core industries visited the
15,500m 2 , state-of-the-art office and production facility which is
now home to 800 employees, including more than 100 engineers in
R&D for Automotive as well as Switches Sensors and Controls. The
modern design of all buildings reflects in a visible way the corporate
culture; Marquardt’s new facility is designed to offer ample scope
for unfolding the inventive genius of Marquardt employees. Inside
gardens as well as colourful and transparent offices suffused with
daylight create the environment to realize ingenuity into marketable,
cutting edge technologies. Dr. Peter Schaumann, Vice President of the
Marquardt Group and General Manager of Marquardt Shanghai, said,

Prautzsch started

After three years of working experience in the international tax team
in Frankfurt, he was assigned to Shanghai in late 2005 to develop the
professional business with German speaking clients in Shanghai. He
joined PricewaterhouseCoopers effective 1 st November 2011 and is
based in Shanghai.
