Crowne Plaza Beijing Offers Opportunities for Young People As a responsible business in the community, Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace has embarked on a project to bring in a large batch of university undergraduates from other provinces to give them exposure to working life, experience with living away from home and in a major city and to learn a particular skill-set in hotel management. Recently the hotel brought in 120 students who will stay for three to six months gaining such life-experience that will help them find a job more easily after graduation. On a more international level, the hotel also allows for internships with management training and one such candidate, Maartjie Sodenkamp from Holland, speaks five languages (Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish) and is eager to be able to help foreign guests with their needs in their mother tongue.
