New Assistant at the German Chamber<br />
As of 1 st February 2012, Ms. Qi<br />
Cuiyun has been appointed as<br />
Chamber Assistant. She has already<br />
been working with the AHK<br />
since November 2007. Ms. Qi<br />
holds a diploma in German Studies<br />
from Qingdao Binhai College<br />
and has several months of working<br />
experience in Germany. Ms.<br />
Qi assists the Chamber team in all<br />
fields, such as event preparation<br />
and membership management.<br />
German Ball 2012 under preparation<br />
Each year since 2000, the German Chamber of Commerce in China<br />
l North China hosts the largest social event of the German business<br />
community in Beijing: the German Ball. The event attracts 700 guests<br />
including business executives and leaders from politics with connections<br />
to and interest in Germany. The German Ball will take place at<br />
the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Centre on 17 th November<br />
2012. Companies interested in sponsoring the German Ball should<br />
