Intermediate Bridge
Learn the tricks experts use to improve
your game. A review of standard bidding
will lead to selected special conventions.
Competitive bidding, declarer play, and
defensive play will be discussed. Practice
hands will be used to illustrate the topics -
transfer bids over NT suit bidding,
defender play, special conventions and
review of all. Textbook will be available
from the instructor the first night of class
for approximately $15.
NOTE: Class will skip 3/17, Spring Break.

Hill Country rivers or creeks. You become
a part of nature and its captivating diversity.
That's what enhances the sport of fishing
with the long rod that shoots line across
the flowing current with hopes of a spirited
contest from a finny friend that has mistaken
a fly made of feathers and fur to be a
tasty morsel. You can learn the basics of fly
fishing within a few hours and spend the
rest of your life captivated. It is a sport that
is wholesome for both mind and body.
RECOMMENDED: shoes fit for wading
and shorts or jeans fit for wading.

How To Choose A Kayak Plus A
Demo on the River
In this class, we will meet on Saturday at
the Kerrville Kayak and Canoe Shop at
130 West Main Street, Kerrville. You will
learn about the different kayaks, hull
shapes, paddles and their accessories. You
will also learn what type of boat to purchase
for your use on the river. All of your
questions will be answered by an expert on
kayaks. On Sunday, we will be meeting at
Kerrville Schreiner Park at the beach area
and boat ramp for a water demo day. You
will be able to paddle and try the different
design of kayaks. NOTE: Class includes
your entry day fee into the Park.
