Crepes Inc. -Favorite!!
This class is about French tradition pretty
much alien to this part of the country. The
reason for offering my time and knowledge
in this regard is linked to my passion for
food and willingness to share it with people
of similar interests. It is more than food
to me, it is more than a class. In this class
students will learn to make crepes in their
homes, sweet and savory fillings, to be
offered as main dishes as well as dessert.
Students will also learn the cultural background
of crepes, as well as open discussion
about French cuisine in a relaxed and
personable atmosphere.
Instructor: Anthony Coden - Involved in
the food industry for over 15 years. He
trained, graduated (in a culinary institute)
and worked in France, traveled and worked
in England and in the USA. He has been
involved in all stages in the kitchen from
washing pots to leading kitchen staff. He is
of French origin and has resided 13 years
in Texas.
