Free Money for College 101 -
Favorite!!
Are you going to college and want as much
free money to help pay for your education?
Do you want to learn how to successfully
spend your time on the scholarships most
likely to come to you? Are you willing to
apply but want to concentrate your effort?
If so, then this class is going to save you
time and money and effort! Learn a process
that has successfully worked at Schreiner
for the last 6 years. You will actually set up
and learn how to make the scholarship
binder work for you. You will learn how to
make any scholarship databases (like
FastWeb.com) work for you. You will get
links to some of the best sites to search for
scholarships AND how to use them. This
system actually brought in $200,000 from
1 scholarship to Schreiner students in
2009-2010! It works! Bring a 3-ring
binder, 14 divider sheets and a highlighter,
pen and paper to class. NOTE: THIS IS
THE INFORMATIONAL SESSION
ONLY AND EACH STUDENT CAN
BRING A PARENT ALONG FOR NO
ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Instructor: Denise Ames - Assistant
Director of Financial Aid Office at
Schreiner University, she enjoys helping
students get their degrees by making the
financial aid process as easy to understand
as possible.
