Butters, Gravies, and Sauces<br />
Do you ever feel like making a sauce or<br />
gravy from scratch is best left to the<br />
restaurants? Whip your own butters and<br />
learn to season them for any special occasion.<br />
With little effort, you can make a<br />
Picatta Sauce for a great Italian dinner or<br />
a silky Mushroom Gravy for a cozy<br />
evening at home, even a great aioli to perk<br />
up you sandwiches. This is a hands-on<br />
and interactive class with teamwork<br />

Traveling the nation via RV is a wonderful<br />
experience with many adventures and<br />
wonderful people. Cooking in an RV,<br />
though, can sometimes be tricky. Here are<br />
some tips and tricks to make the most of<br />
your RV kitchen and some ideas on compact<br />
accessories that can serve multiple<br />
uses and might be worth adding to your<br />
RV kitchen arsenal. We will prepare 3 full<br />
meals in a simulated RV environment.<br />
