When can I sign up?<br />
Right away! Registrations taken first-come,<br />
first-served! Use any of eight methods!<br />
Mail, Walk-In, Drop Off, FAX, Internet,<br />
Email, Phone, Voice Mail. Be sure to<br />
check out our web registration at<br />
www.clubed.net!<br />
Can I sign up late?<br />
To make sure you get into the class you<br />
want, we recommend you sign up at least<br />
one week before the class begins! Otherwise<br />
it may be filled or it may be cancelled.<br />
Note: Instructors do not register students in<br />
class!<br />

What if the class I sign up for is already<br />
filled?<br />
We will try to place you in a backup class<br />
at a different day or time. If unable to do so,<br />
you will receive a full credit or refund.<br />
What if my class is cancelled?<br />
In case of cancellation, we will contact you<br />
about three days before a class first meets.<br />
You will receive full credit or refund.<br />
Do classes meet during holidays?<br />
We observe the regular school calendar.<br />
Unless specific arrangements are made,<br />
there are no classes during school holidays.<br />

How do I know I am signed up?<br />
We will mail or email a confirmation.<br />
Can I get a refund?<br />
YES! You get a full credit or refund if a<br />
class is canceled, if you withdraw from a<br />
class at least 5 working days before it<br />
begins, or if you are not fully satisfied.<br />
EXCEPTIONS: Some trips and classes<br />
have longer cancellation deadlines.<br />
Refunds do not apply to classes which<br />
require us to buy special supplies, pay<br />
instructors or reservations in advance, or<br />
have waiting lists. We do not prorate for<br />
missed classes, nor do we refund if you fail<br />
to show up... regardless of your reasons.<br />
Are classes canceled for weather?<br />
If schools are closed due to weather or<br />
emergency, Community Education classes<br />
are also cancelled. For evening and weekend<br />
classes, please use your discretion<br />
regarding the weather situation.<br />
What else?<br />
Use of tobacco products is prohibited on<br />
all school property (buildings AND<br />
grounds). No food or drink is allowed in<br />
school classrooms.<br />
