After School Enrichment<br />
Kids! Try these amazing science and art<br />
adventures, held right on your campus so<br />
you can go to them right after school. Have<br />
fun with computers, robots, games, explorations,<br />
and adventures!<br />
Computer Tech Star Instructors are specifically<br />
trained to provide project-based<br />
courses. They are enthusiastic about using<br />
innovative technology and experienced in<br />
working with large group of students.<br />

You must sign up for these after-school<br />
classes in advance online at<br />
www.clubed.net or by calling 895-4386.<br />
Do NOT sign up at the campus, and do not<br />
assume your child can show up the night of<br />
the class to enroll.<br />
Around the World: Mexico, Spain,<br />
Colombia (Grades 1-2)<br />
This course has been specially designed for<br />
the 6 & 7-year old child to combine the use<br />
of exciting computer software and handson<br />
activities to introduce them to the<br />
Spanish culture, geography and language.<br />
Students will sing songs, play games, create<br />
artwork and celebrate cultural festivals<br />
as they virtually travel the world to visit a<br />
number of different Spanish-speaking<br />
countries. Students will keep a journal of<br />
their travels to take home at the end of the<br />
adventure.<br />

fun is the PicoCricket. Design and create<br />
your own creatures, sculptures, or 3-D art.<br />
Then program the devices for action! Make<br />
a cat and program it to purr when someone<br />
pets it. Make a birthday cake and program<br />
it to play a song when someone blows out<br />
the candles. Make a bobble-head with multiple<br />
heads that jiggle and jump on command.<br />
