an objective explanation of divorce law in

Understanding Criminal Law
As much as you don't expect it, sometimes
family and friends get caught up in the
criminal system. Hear a professional
lawyer explain what is involved and what
to expect if this happens, along with knowing
your rights and options. He will discuss
the levels of offense (including Juvenile
offenses), probation, punishment ranges,
your legal rights in search and seizure or
arrest, how to post bond, what to do if a
friend or relative is arrested, and how to
handle incarceration. This session will
focus on Kerrville, Kerr County, and Texas
criminal law, and includes tips on working
with a lawyer. Discussion and handouts
included. A low-cost way to hear lots of
valuable information.
